That’s exactly what this firm exists to change.

With over 20 years working alongside senior leadership across lean startups and established organizations, I’ve watched the same thing happen repeatedly. Work doesn’t stall from a lack of effort or the wrong people. It stalls when there’s nothing solid underneath it. I identify where things are breaking down, design what’s missing, and stay alongside you to make sure it holds.

 

But here’s what I know beyond the work itself: most people spend the majority of their lives running a business or working inside one.
